MY GIRLS GONE WILD.....................
I mentioned in an earlier blog that if something is going to happen it is going to happen to me. Well ladies, here is one we all worry about, (for those of us blessed with breasts who have minds of their own anyway).
Yesterday was Beach Body Death camp at noon. I pack my gym bag early mornings AND ALWAYS pack two bras. One for work, one for exercise class. (The sweat factor). As I am dressing for class I realize I forgot my bra! Now I triple up on bras when working out, only having a jog bra and the top work out piece created a huge problem!!!!!
I have to hurry to class, I am late, it starts right at 12; off I go, support lacking to say the least!!!
We were in the middle of our class, riding the bikes and lifting weights, sweat dripping from my forehead, when who shows up but Eric and Jason from Cape Cast to film video for our weight loss contest.
I could not see Stephanie from where I stood but I was not thrilled to see Eric's smiling face (not today anyway, Eric is funny and talented, but today was not a day I would have chosen for his creativity). I usually worry about another part of my body, when jumping around, in a room with with other people, today I had an even bigger problem. My girls were not fastened into their normal saddle and here comes the video camera. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??
The worst part .... the push up portion. Heather has us do far too many on an aerobics bench, they are brutal in the first place. I had to worry about the kids sneaking out of the playground while pushing my body up and down. Stephanie and I did have a good laugh after class about it! But really, today of all days for filming!
Keeping a positive attitude, I just decided since my lower half has tightened up somewhat, I would concentrate on keeping my ladies in-line.
For those of you looking for a serious work-out, Heather, Stephanie and I invite you to work out with us on Tuesdays, at 12:00 noon, Beach Body Boot camp, non-members can try for only $10. It is worth the investment in yourself. I promise you will be sore, but a good sore!!!

ReplyDeleteYou're exercise level is terrific, but without fine tuning the food side of the equation, you won't be nearly as successful! Why not get some help from a professional Nutritionist? Please let me know if I can help...

this post gave me a great laugh..thanks Susan..i was choosing exercises accordingly so we would not be in compromising positions for the camera..but little did i know you had black eyes to worry about..you must have really enjoyed the jumping jacks..lol good work! see you friday
