We are all taking a field trip this Thursday to Provincetown to get my infamous belly ring!! We will not have a show tomorrow (Tuesday), we will however be showing you all the piercing details on Friday 5/22.!!

WE CAN'T ALWAYS SEE THE RESULTS
After spin class last night I decided to celebrate the Mexican Holiday at Sam Diego's. I had purchased this fun top to go along with my party attire. Problem with this shirt is, it must be worn with a strapless bra. Early yesterday morning as I packed my bag I reached for my always dependable strapless bra, it has traveled to Cancun, Jamaica and Turks & Caicos.... you get the idea.....
My friend Amy Mac was waiting for me in the locker room as I dressed. I pulled the shirt over my head and to my despair, old faithful did not fit anymore. There was so much extra bra, it was distorting my new trendy top!! Amy and I had this brainstorm, it was a solution to my dilemma. Lets make the bra tighter by tying it in a knot. Amy struggled/fought with that garment for 5 minutes, finally, she got the two ends secured in a bow of sorts. Low and behold, my problem was fixed in the front!! As I turned around to check out my solved shirt issue, there were fits of laughter from behind me. By now, 2 other women had come into the locker room from spin class, watching the antics unfold. Amy had done such a good job with the knot, it now appeared as if I had a small tail or some type of appendage sticking straight out of my back!!!! Well... this solution certainly was not a keeper.
NOW WE CANNOT untie the terrific knot, my strapless has become permanently attached to my body.
We laughed and laughed, so loud that Heather came into the locker room to investigate the commotion!
Note to self: Even though the scale may not show huge progress, if you are consistent, hardworking and follow through on weight loss goals, it will happen!! Your results may show up in the strangest of places however.
Plans are currently underway to visit my old friend "Victoria" (Secret that is) this week for an update of my undergarments!!!!!

IS THERE LOCKER ROOM ETIQUETTE FOR LADIES???????
I have been very aggressive about my work-outs this past week, which means I have been in the locker room, 2x per day, for the past 7 days.
My question is....Does bathroom etiquette exist for us? Men tend to be proud of their huge dumpectomies, but are we?
During last week, in the wee morning hours, I had just completed my workout. A relaxing shower was going to be great before I started work at 8:30 am.
The hot water was soothing my tired muscles, the soap streaming down my back. All of a sudden, there was a horrific odor tapping me on the shoulder! It hit me like a wall of stink.
I live with three young men, all who claim to be the smelliest (and the proudest of it) when it comes to, as my son would say, "Dropping a Deuce".
My regular exposure at home did not make it any easier there at the gym!
I immediately rushed out of the shower, barely breathing, worried the brown mist would stick to my damp my skin, making me look even tanner than I already am!
Dressing as fast as humanly possible, I began to blow dry my hair. The funky air was now being sucked through the blow dryer, onto my wet hair! I'm positive my hair will smell like the fog that slowly drifted into the changing area.
We have a very lovely ladies room which is in an entirely different location from our locker room.
One has to ask herself, should I share this with my fellow gym buddies or make an effort to move my business to an area which is designated solely for that purpose!!!!!
